ENGLISH BELOW Tjabba! Nu söker KÅLlektivet 2 personer som vill bo kollektivt, med cirka 20-25 minuter till Uppsala. Kollektivet är beläget i ett stort gult hus på landet, i Skälsta sydväst om Uppsala. Goda förbindelser och nära till buss längs väg 55. Vägen till bussen är utmärkt för en trevlig promenad eller cykeltur. Vi som bor i huset nu pluggar och jobbar, och har intresse av både odling, omställning, lantbruk, tv/data-spel och att skapa en härlig och varm gemenskap med nya vänner. Vi lagar gärna mat och äter tillsammans, och vi ser gärna att du som flyttar in också tar del om vilja och ork finns. Hyra: 3500 kr (som potentiellt kan minska vid “fullt hus”) + kostnader för el och internet (kostnader som skiftar beroende på hur många som bor i huset: ju fler, desto billigare – och kanske roligare! ). På tomten finns en härlig trädgård; perfekt för allt från odling och hönshållning till grillkvällar och kubbspel (och att hänga tvätt på tork). Flera gratis parkeringsplatser finns. Några minuters bil-/cykelfärd från huset finns en pizzeria med närbutik och bensinstation. Mellan huset och Uppsala ligger Stenhagens köpcentrum där de flesta av kollektivets inköp görs. För dig som gillar naturen finns det både fina promenadstråk och skog. Rummen som hyrs ut skiftar något i storlek och läge (över- respektive undervåning). Inflyttning sker löpande men som tidigast 1 augusti. Huset är fullt utrustat med internet via fiber, och god standard på alla vitvaror. Det finns två tvättstugor med torktumlare, ett badrum med toalett och duschkabin på övervåningen och en toalett på nedervåningen. I köket finns diskmaskin jämte gott om utrymme i både frys och skafferi. Bästa hälsningar, Skälsta-flocken ENGLISH BELOW Greetings and salutations! KÅLlektivet (The Cabbage Collective) is presently looking for 2 new housemates who would like to live together, approx. 20 min from the city center of Uppsala. We share a big yellow house in the countryside, in Skälsta, southwest of Uppsala. There are good (public transport) connections to Uppsala City along nearby road 55. The smaller road leading to the bus is great for a pleasant walk or bike ride. We, the current residents, study and work and are interested in gardening/horticulture, societal transformation, agriculture tv-/computer games as well as to create a nice and warm community with new friends. We also enjoy cooking and eating together, and we welcome you to join in (if you feel like it). Rent: 3500 SEK (which may potentially be lowered when more people move in) + charges for electricity and internet (which varies depending on the number of residents - more, the cheaper and of course, merrier! ). Outside the house lies a beautiful garden; with possibilities of gardening/growing food, keeping chickens as well as barbecue nights and other fun outside activities. There are also several free parking spaces as well as generous space both inside and outside. A few minutes by car or bike lies a local pizzeria with a convenience store and a gas station. Between the location of the house and Uppsala city lies the Stenhagen shopping centre where most of your day-to-day purchases can be done. For ones who enjoy walks and/or other outdoor activities, beautiful nature is just outside the house. The rooms available for rent vary to some degree in size and locality (both upstairs and downstairs). The move in will be ongoing from the 1st of August. The house is fully equipped with fiber-optic internet, with great and updated appliances. The house offers two laundry rooms, both equipped with dryers, one bathroom with a shower cabin (upstairs) and one separate lavatory (downstairs).
