The rent includes everything - heat, hot water, electricity, fast WiFi, laundry room, and a professional cleaning service for common areas. You'll have your own entrance and with a sunny garden patio. You will share a fully equipped kitchen, two shower/toilet rooms, and a laundry room with 4 other young professionals from around the world. The owner of the house lives on a separate floor with two teenagers, ensuring your privacy and freedom. The location is very convenient, just 15 minutes walk (or a short bus-rided to red line subway station Fruängen ( line 14 ) and only 18 min by subway to T-centralen ( city ), 26 min by subway to KTH, 28 min by subway to Stockholm University ( all same subway line ). There are also many buses around, five minutes away by walk. At the center of Fruängen you have all services needed. There is a five minute walk to Lidl for all cheap groceries.
