I’m subletting my lovely 1-bedroom apartment (45m²) from June 9th until August 22nd, with some flexibility on move-in dates. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with all appliances and utilities included in the rent. It’s ideal for both relaxing and working remotely — there’s a dedicated workspace with a desk and two screens already set up. The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple maximum. The location is one of the best parts: • A beautiful lake is only a 5-minute walk away • The sea and a large park are about 15 minutes away • Stockholm Central is just 15 minutes by metro The neighborhood is peaceful, green, and perfect during the Swedish summer. There’s also a very friendly family living upstairs, which makes the building feel especially welcoming and safe. I’d love to find someone responsible who will enjoy the apartment and ideally remember to water my plants from time to time 🌱 Perfect for someone wanting to experience Sweden during its best season — with long bright evenings, nature everywhere, and a pleasantly cooler summer.
