1-2 rooms in the city from June Hi everyone! I am a Senior lecturer at Stockholm university and will be away for the summer. I am thus renting out one or two rooms in our cosy 4 room apartment just a few steps from Albanova and KTH, walking distance to Stockholm university campus Frescati. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, located on a hill above Roslagstull, the National Park with forest and lakes, starts right behind the house, still walking/biking distance to the city. Closest subway station is Tekniska högskolan, 5 minutes with subway to T-centralen. 10 min walk to a bay of the Baltic Sea where you can rent canoes. During the summer, while I am gone, you will be sharing the kitchen, living room and hall with my 27 year old son, who temporarily lives at my apartment, bc of sudden move from another city back to Stockholm bc of a job oportunity. We are socially active people, but no party animals. So not much at home, but also sometimes inviting friends over for dinner or playing games. We are non-smokers, and only renting out to other non-smokers. The room on the pictures is the larger one of the two, 12 sqm. It has a view to a quiet street and a private bathroom attached. This is available from 1st of June. Short term rent is 7500 sek per month (four months or less), 7250:- per month if longer term. Rent includes private bathroom, high speed internet, electricity and usage of the fully equipped kitchen with all facilities. Note that the pictures were taken while my daughter still lived here. The room will be rented out with clean walls, no girlie pictures, and much less stuff. In case you have a friend who is also searching for a room during the summer, or you might have friends visiting shorter periods of time, this might be the perfect solution for you. During the summer, while I am gone, I can also rent out my own room, which is a bit smaller. However, in that case, you will be sharing the bathroom and we need to discuss the rent. Also, the smaller room is only available after 10 th of June - until maximum end of October, preferably shorter. We can discuss a lower rent if you are knowledgable in web design and willing to set up a simple webpage for my one man company ... or marketing on social media.
