What does it mean?
The landlord has the right to visit the apartment for necessary purposes — repairs, inspections, or viewings for sale. But this right isn't unlimited.
The landlord must give advance notice within reasonable time and visits should occur at a time reasonable for the tenant. You can't be forced to let the landlord in without notice, except in emergencies like water leaks or fire.
